Very Disappointed but NOT!
Got it the end of January 2025 and as of April 7, 2025 doesn’t work anymore. Gears won’t turn. Really pricey for only 3 months of use. After I left this review the seller contacted me and sent me a new unit! I am changing this review because of their great customer service and support!!! Hard to find that these days!

Great toy keeps dog busy for 15 minutes. Button needs stronger signal. Dog loves it.
The media could not be loaded. Our Border-Aussie mix is very smart and needs lots of mental stimulation and exercise. He learned how to use this toy in about 5 minutes (start with the button right next to feeder; it helped that we had already trained him to put his paw on an indicated object/surface, though he ended up using his nose for the button after he learned how it worked). Now we put the button as far away as possible with the signal still reaching the feeder. Unfortunately, this is only about 40 feet away, just down the hall in another room. We wish the signal from the button was stronger (greater range) so that we could put the button farther away to give him more exercise for a longer period of time. The signal doesn't need a direct line of site, but walls and corners do interfere with it. I'd guess that it would reach about 50 feet with direct line of site, but the limit is shorter depending on how many walls/corners get in the way.I like the simple design of the sliding hatch to control the size of the reward. With the smallest opening that reliably puts out kibble without clogging (our kibble is triangular and about 0.9 cm across), and the button 40 ft away, a meal (1-1.25 cups of kibble) takes him about 15 minutes to get through. I'd guess that the maximum volume of the sphere is a bit less than 1.5 cups.Make sure to latch the sphere into place every time. Otherwise it will jam.The machine feels cheaply made, and I will update this review if it stops working. Hopefully the simplicity of its design will enable it to last a long time. Also, if you keep hiding the button in different places yet your dog somehow always goes straight to it, and you're wondering why, we figured out that our dog follows *our* scent trail to see where we've been to locate the feeder (largely by smelling where our feet hit the ground). You can throw them off by creating misleading scent trails, or by making them wait longer before going to find the button.

I have tried two of these...Does not work
Don't waste your money, I received mine, plugged it in, it didn't work. The machine does not turn on what so ever. Made a return, and received a replacement, the replacement doesn't turn on. Love the idea of it, but don't bother with this particular brand/seller

Easy to Use Treat/Kibble Feeder
Fun toy for dogs. It took very little training for my dog to learn how to make it work. Surprisingly, it's relative quiet. Light weight and durable. Make sure to turn the bell button off to maintain battery life, and recharge the batteries in the main unit. I use it to feed my dog breakfast kibbles every morning.

Very Cool Idea, but too lightweight and partly defective
We received our Arf Pets Dog Treat Dispenser yesterday. I was immediately surprised by how lightweight it was. I installed fresh batteries (not included) and was disappointed to find that the main unit would not turn on, even after I pressed the reset button and cycled the power button several times. The remote made noise, but no flashing lights. After a quick check of the batteries with the battery meter and ensuring they were installed properly, I tried again…nada. I reread the instructions and noted the main unit could be powered by a USB power cable. I connected a USB powered cable and the main unit activated with the remote, but still no flashing lights.I filled the hopper with treats and started training my 75lb golden retriever. It did not take her long to figure it out, but then she started trying a short cut by picking up the main unit. I stopped her and showed her the button. After a few successful attempts with the button ten feet away, she tried shortcutting again and turned the main unit over trying to get treats to come out. I stopped her again and redirected her to the button. It was harder to train her to leave the main unit alone and only press the button than it was to train her to use the button.Pro’s:Ingenious gadget for entertaining both the human and the dog.Makes the dog work for their reward which dog behaviorist say is essential to the well-being of the dog and stimulating for their brain.Con’s:Made in China and feels like it, light weight plastic.Defective right out of the box.The button is too light weight for a 75lb dog, and the rubber ring meant to support it on the floor folds up when she grabs it with her paw. Will not be able to leave the Arf Pets Dog Treat Dispenser out unsupervised as she would be able to break it apart if she got the urge.Bottom line:It’s a great idea, but for $69.99 I expected a higher quality product. I am disappointed with this product and would not purchase it again.
