A very good purchase with excellent service and exceptional care for customer
I had purchased BAJAJ VACCO 12” insect repellent in 2021 and a while after the expiry of the warranty of one year my equipment tubes stopped lighting / got fused as I assumed. I contacted the manufacturer’s office and was attended by some very respectful and compassionate gentleman, he advised me to send the equipment to their office which I sent. They not only repaired it free of any cost , even though the warranty had expired ,and then sent the same back to me and it’s working fine now. I never expected such kind of response, especially from an Indian company. I very very strongly recommend this company and their products as their exceptional ethics and quality is in general unheard of an any Indian company. It works!
Build quality is the best you can get at this price compared to other products of this sort. It can go on for years without a scratch.It's not a one-stop solution to kill all mosquitoes in the room. It's adequate to use for a single room, not a large hall.2 tubes glow to attract insects. Since mosquitoes don't get attracted to lights, it will be only by chance that mosquitoes get into the grill and get electrocuted.I have attached a pic showing dead mosquitoes in the tray below so it's not that it doesn't work. I leave it switched on hours before sleeping and for the entire night.Moreover, I close all my windows and doors. You can't expect to keep windows open and this will kill all mosquitoes flooding in.That's not possible.At least it's better than all these fake machines with fake reviews, starting from Rs. 300!!

एकदम बकवास आहे
The media could not be loaded. आम्ही मशीन खरेदी केले गावाकडील घरासाठी. परंतू इथे आणल्यावर ती लावून बघितले तर त्याचा काही उपयोग होत नाहीये असं जाणवले. माशा, डास वगैरे जसेच्या तसे आहेत. किंबहुना माशा या आमच्या अंगावरती, मशीन वरती बसताहेत पण मशीनच्या आत काही जात नाहीयेत. त्यामुळे एक तर मशीन बकवास आहे किंवा आमच्याकडील डास माशा हे अति हुशार आहे 😊

Getting damage faster
It is getting damage faster. Only one service center available that is in delhi.. So it is very difficult to claim warranty.
