It will work.
Seems to be fully charged and will work however it doesn't fit my light exactly. Will have to be modified slightly for a perfect fit. I haven't had time to perform this procedure yet. 4 stars.

Extended the life of a good portable spot light
Would be 5 stars but I had to trim four plastic tabs beside the connectors which prevented it from fitting into the light housing. That was easy to do with a razor blade taking care not to short the contacts. Other than that, it works great.
