But I have never met so perfect packaging method
It’s a huge 80 in high and 35 in depth cabinet. But I have never met so perfect packaging method! All parts are tightened with a nylon ties!3 ore 4 lies of cardboard, bubble wrap and 1-in foam on the corners!I had a bad experience with purchasing the similar cabinet before. . It had come total damaged and have expected at least a few damages. But I could not believe once my cabinet arrived. No dents, no scratches. Perfect job!Concerning the cabinet it has a solid construction, easy to assemble, high quality. Moreover a base model comes with a lot of hi-cost free accessories.

Excellent value for the price, I highly recommend their products. Amazing customer service!
I purchased this product for my homelab and have not been disappointed. There was a shipping issue due to no fault of the company, and they promptly sent me a a replacement box. I would certainly do business with Sysracks again!

Good rack but mounting it was difficult.
Packaging was great, it was 5 flat packages with lots of tapes and markings :thumb_up:Mounting was a chores, the instructions were not the clearest but there is a video online that helps a little. However the side rails I got seems to have been an older model than the instructions and I had to do part of the mounting outside the rack then put the vertical rails and side rails as a whole inside the rack because I couldn't access the screw holes otherwise. The ventilation system is a simple temperature switch, there is no gradual variation based on temps, so when it reaches the temps it turns on full blast. Which in case wouldn't work since I use it for my homelab and the kitchen vent level noise was unbearable. I hacked the whole system by cutting a standard 5"1/2 size hole and putting a computer ventilation module that can do variable speed based on temps. Can't blame a server room intended usage for a homelab, but I wish they would put a standard 5"1/2 standard mount instead, so that you can replace it with something better if you need it.Overall, it a pretty good value rack, it's pretty sturdy and quite hackable if you have a dremel and the extra accessories are welcomed. The building part was more complicated than expected but you only do it once, so it's a temporary hurdle.

Half parts for 31.5 in., half for 39 in
It could have been a good product if they shipped the correct parts. I ordered a 39-in depth rack cabinet. Half of the parts I received like the top and bottom were only 31.5 in depth, the other half of the parts were for the 39 inch depth, so I cannot do anything with this, the support rails and the side doors do not fit.

Good quality. Some assembly required
It wasn’t clear to me that I would be assembling the entire rack. But that was ok since you can customize when you build it.

Amazing quality and easy to build
Anything less than 5 stars has to be a shipping issue. I never take my time to write reviews.

The instructions we're somewhat poor. Should have had probably 20+ steps instead of 12. The pictures in the instructions did not match the actual cabinet. Some of the holes and the threads did not match up making a portion of the assembly very frustrating and causing some minor modifications. Also installing the rack rails requires some disassemly and reassembly to tighten them. Had several leftover pieces and hardware that didn't make sense. Door does not fit and close square to the frame. Once assembled, locks and latches for doors are very weak and can easily be opened when in the locked position bull applying enough force. Haven't hooked up the fans yet. Hopefully they work. Not real pleased for the price.

Good cabinet. Terrible to put together
We've had this cabinet for a few weeks. It's been working very well so far. We do need to open the cabinet every now and then to make sure cool air circulates, but other than that it's been working very well. The worst thing about this cabinet is putting it together. It doesn't come with step by step instructions. There are youtube video instructions, but they are just as bad.
