I've been fighting with phone holders ever since I bought my 2017 Lexus RX350 brand new, and this is the first one that actually nails it. Only thing to watch out for: depending on how you position it, the mount can sit close to the hazard light button. This car phone holder was pretty easy to set up. It ft perfectly on my wife's Lexus rx350. It's sturdy and stays put while she drives. Has space for you to plug a charger directly to your phone. Over all works very well.

I purchased this for my father-in-law to allow him to have hands-free phone access while driving. I got to see him using this mount and it's awesome. It looks like something from the factory and it gives him complete freedom while driving. He loves it and so do I.

Seems like a sturdy phone mount so far. I had to keep pressing it against the dash multiple times to get it to actually lock in place. After it locked, it seems to hold my cell phone fairly well. I'd recommend this phone mount, although I really couldn't see the clock after it was mounted because it just barely sticks out from the clock, so not how it seems in the picture.
