Not quality chocolate
So sorry if this is a small business but the chocolate is awful. I make chocolate bars and typically use dark Ghirardelli wafers but they wouldn’t arrive on time so I tried these. They stay chalky and won’t melt to a full liquid even with olive oil mixed in. They also don’t taste like chocolate? They just taste like sugar. 100% do not recommend

Perfect melt and great taste
These melted so well with short intervals in the microwave. Once the softened, I think I gave them 1 stir and next trip out of short stint in microwave that final stir and they were perfectly creamy and runny. We used them to make chocolate covered strawberries on Christmas Eve and used the leftover to make chocolate covered pretzels. Both were so yummy and we had a ball and a very easy time with them. Would definitely buy again.

Don’t use for ganache.
Got these to make a water ganache. Not recommended for that! I used in the molds and came out perfectly. Easy to melt and color was spot on, for the price it’s good for chocolate molds. Consistency was very nice for that.

White melting chocolate
My dog busted open the pantry and ate all of these. Fun fact, white chocolate is not toxic but baking chocolate is extra toxic for dogs. For human consumption only! The chocolate melts so you can do stuff.

Perfect for treats
They melted so smoothly and tasted so good. I will continue to buy more when making treats.

Terrible melting
Did half a batch in the microwave and buzzed 30 seconds at a time. After about 1:30 it was melted but never flowed well. I added a gel food coloring and it went all down hill. I thought maybe it should have been an oil based food coloring. Next batch I did over a double boiler and added no coloring. It was still terrible. Never would truly melt. The pieces dissolved but wouldn’t flow over the cake pops. For the price, I was really irritated about this. I guess it’s off the store I go. Ughhh wasted materials.
