My husband has been taking these for a few months now and he has noticed a difference in how he feels everyday. He is very hard to please but he is happy with this purchase.

I've taken various magnesium supplements for years to help prevent nighttime leg cramps with varying results. Some had a laxative effect or made me really sleepy or left me dragging all day. I found that magnesium glycinate works best. I get enough magnesium from my diet thus do not want or need a mega dose magnesium supplement. Thought I would give Heivy Magnesium multi complex a try. I've read that complexes such as this benefit out bodies in different ways. After taking this complex for a month, I haven't noticed any difference compared to the generic store brand. Perhaps it will make a difference for you.

It's early yet, but I can already tell a positive difference in how I feel after only a short time. I like that it has a few different types of magnesium in it and that it has D3 and zinc to make it even more effective. This took longer than I expected to arrive, but it wasn't a very long wait. I am satisfied with this product.

I love these 4 in 1 magnesium supplements. They have 4 different types of magnesium, vitamin D & Zinc, all of which I take as supplements already. Out of the 4 types included, the largest amounts are from the 2 most bioavailable forms of magnesium (glycinate & citrate), & a little less of 2 others (malate & gluconate). Each of these can help in different ways (if you're not aware of the different uses for the different types, it's worth a deep dive into). The amounts of these ingredients are great to supplement a healthy diet, & there's 4 months worth at $17.99 retail, which is a great price. You take 1 capsule, which are smaller than average, but not tiny, & there's no aftertaste. It's made in the USA, & it has all of the symbols I look for in my supplements (non GMO, 3rd party lab tested, GMP certification, & no additives. They're also dairy, shellfish, & animal product free). I think these are among my favorite supplements that I've tested so far, & they definitely deserve 5 stars.
