I acquired this product during the Prime Day sale, anticipating that the reduced price would mitigate any "potential" dissatisfaction... but... I was wrong!!!NO DISAPPOINTMENTS!Starting from the built quality (9.5/10): sometimes we are used to think this things are cheap because they are built with low-quality materials, this is NOT te case. The quality is the same as mid/high-end devices as soundcore or even JBL.Sound quality (8/10): This is not a big hall/saloon filler. You are not supposed to expect to organize a "Tomorrowland" in your neighborhood with this. That being said, for your apartment or regular living room the sound intensity is MORE THAN ENOUGH. The bass is rich, although the mids and highs are not crisp clear as a Sonos. But again people, FOR THE PRICE: This an ABSOLUTE worthy device.Pairing's a breeze (9/10): Bluetooth connects super easily, it's the default, and most TVs will have no problem. The only issue is if you don't have Bluetooth, then it loses its portability. The mics connect instantly, no noticeable delay at all.It's super portable (10/10)! The battery lasts at least 4-5 hours even blasting music, but you can just plug it in if you need more time – it comes with a USB-C cable.Functionality (10/10): This works as intended. NO HESITATIONS, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, NO DISAPPOINTMENTS.The only downsides I can think of are that the wired connections could be better – maybe optical audio input or HDMI would be nice – but that's asking a lot for this price..Awesome device, totally recommend it! I'm so happy with how well it works, and family and friends have loved our karaoke nights.

The sound quality of the speaker and the microphones are actually pretty good. The speaker design looks good on my shelf. Very intuitive and easy to use. Love that it has a handle, did have trouble putting it on though. Just be warned, the speaker announcement is LOUD when you turn it on lol! ALSO excellent customer service! I had a mic that would not connect. I emailed their customer service asking for help on how to fix it and they said they’d send me a replacement unit. THEY SENT ME AN ENTIRE SET!!! I had been enjoying just using it as a music speaker too and had been wanting another one in the kitchen while I cook. Now I can!
