Easy to use pouch and easy to drink. For me it's a bit of an acquired taste but it's not a bad taste at all. I think it tastes better cold but does not need to be cold. Pouring into a cup to show you that there is no residue left behind I felt that it smelled almost "soy saucy" which isn't something I like at all. It definitely helps with energy boost and stiff joints. My job is very taxing and I can find myself sitting at my desk for 9+ hours without another thought. I take in the afternoon. My daughter takes in the morning for a cleaner pre-workout. Will continue to buy.

The taste is great. The quality is good. The only thing is getting pricier. It is little bit sweet. It has great health benefits because it gets stamina for body.
