I am primarily reviewing this puzzle because of the number of 1-star reviews left by people who do not understand the brand and packaging. Because they do not understand it, they believe the puzzle is used, they give it one star and return it. The name of the company, the fact that it is an offshoot of Galison, the description of the product on the box, all make the packaging quite clear to me. But I understand not everyone is an avid puzzler and may not be overly familiar with brands. If they also do not read the packaging and description of the product they purchased and the nature of the product is not explicitly spelled out it can possibly result in confusion.This is a product of "good puzzle co." by Galison. On the front of the box it says "good for you and the planet, too" with the icon for recycling. The box also states 1% of proceeds go directly to environmental non-profits. There is a logo for FSC - Forest Stewardship Council. This is a non-profit organization promoting responsible forest management and the FSC label on the product signifies that the materials used were sourced sustainably/responsibly, with benefits for the environment, society and the economy.All of that detail and information printed on the box is an indication why the puzzle pieces are not shipped in a plastic bag but in a paper bag instead. Hopefully this review will help clarify further though!As far as the puzzle itself, I gave it five stars because there is no puzzle dust, the artwork is done by an actual artist (not A.I.), the artwork was colorful and cute, the pieces are sturdy and connect/lock properly and are in good condition. This puzzle is not necessarily the most challenging out there, but more of a leisurely puzzle that I enjoyed putting together to fritter away a few hours and some stress. :) Sometimes I am just in the mood for a breezy puzzle rather than a challenge.Highly recommended!

This puzzle was very enjoyable and challenging enough to be entertaining without being frustrating. It’s beautiful with the foil pieces looking glitzy and adding great quality. There were no missing pieces. The puzzle is well-made and the pieces fit together nicely . I would definitely buy this again and will look for more like this one.

Love this puzzle! Image is clear with great color and great quality. Really enjoyed working it. Good Puzzle Co. is a Galison brand and has the same great quality Galison used to have and at a better price point. Wish they'd make more of them!

Puzzle pieces were medium thickness, they fit nicely but if you need to move several pieces at once they will fall apart. While we really enjoyed the puzzle, it was missing 3 pieces. We checked everywhere and didn’t find them. Checked manufacturer’s website and they don’t send replacement pieces and will only replace or send refund if you purchased the puzzle directly through them. Since we purchased on Amazon we didn’t qualify. Also, since we basically finished the puzzle less the 3 pieces, we didn’t necessarily want to claim a refund or return it. It was just disappointing.

Great quality and the picture is so cute!

Puzzle is good quality, with a nice design, and the pieces are sturdy. However, the box arrived damaged due to the lack of padding in the packaging, and this puzzle was intended as a gift, so I was disappointed. I would buy the brand again, though.

This puzzle also came in a white sack that was opened. There are 2 pieces missing. Second puzzle that has been this way.

Such an adorable puzzle! I found this really enjoyable to put together and appreciated the fact that the pieces are in a paper bag that is easy to reuse instead of a plastic one that needs ripped open.
