The fixing was done in 2 days, and it was very professional. The RO person also told that TDS would be between 30-100, while stabilizing at 50-70. Fills up in 20 minutes and not much noise, and the water has a very normal taste. Performance is good, but would have liked to have some indicators when and where to change filter, change TDS, etc, but for 8000, it was one of the value for money purchase.

I initially had a very disappointing experience with my Livpure water purifier. From day one, it was delivering extremely low TDS levels, which is not suitable for drinking water. To make matters worse, the customer service was extremely poor—despite raising multiple service requests over a span of 2 months, no technician ever showed up, and calls to the area coordinator went unanswered.It felt like the company disappeared once the product was sold, which left me frustrated and feeling cheated. At that point, I could not recommend the brand to anyone.However, I am happy to share that the issue has finally been resolved. The service team eventually addressed the problem, and the water purifier is now functioning as expected. I appreciate the resolution, although I sincerely hope Livpure improves their customer support going forward.. A good product should always be backed by reliable service

It's a good product. I'm using for the past 1 year and didn't face any issue. If it was added with PreFilter then it could have been as ours is very hard water which we need this prefilled separately. Else everything is good. Can buy it.

I am using this from last 6 months and we are impressed its performance.Purifier runs quietly and it is easy to maintain.Storage capacity is algo good for small family.Water taste is also good and we are feeling safe for the whole family.

The product build quality is good and the installation was quick. Would definitely recommend a prefilter along with this. The output TDS is also well maintained.The only issue I faced was a blockage in just 3 months of use, which the service technician handled well and resolved on time.
