Candy Smart Pro Inverter 9 kg 1600rpm Washing Machine BlackEnergy Label

After not receiving it when expected we finally got it 3 days late. My partner took it out the packaging and there is a small dent on the front but after the hassle of getting it in the first place I wasn't going to send it back. The machine itself works well and fairly easy to connect and use with WiFi. Haven't done a lot in it as yet but seems quieter than our old one and cleans well

Excellent quality condensing tumble dryer.Too many programs really but works well, very pleased with it's performance.

The media could not be loaded. Having had a Candy washing machine before I bought this to replace it after it failed. I was surprised it was so noisy on spin sounding like it was out of balance or something was loose. I arranged via Amazon for a service call from Candy to remedy the problem. I was very surprised having arranged the call to be told by Candy " *Manufacturer Guarantee Terms; If a fault cannot be identified and the appliance is functionally normally in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, a Basic Call Out charge of £80 incl. vat will apply with a complete repair cost of £160 incl. Vat." As I was not prepared to take the risk that the repair person could say that there is not a fault and I could be charged £240 I cancelled the call out. I would never buy a Candy product again.

The washing machine was delivered on time, it was a good price, it looks nice & washes very quietly & efficiently. It can be controlled through the app on your phone which is very useful if you want the washing ready for when you finish work and it’s got many many useful programs to choose from. I love this machine & would highly recommend it 👍

Great quality, all the functions and features you need in a nice design

Bit fidly to put on the corrugated board on the base (left off to retrieve the plastic transit bolt sheaths I guess) note the push in fasteners are inside drum with the paperwork. Only done one wash but really impressed so far, loads of programme choices for every need, lots of short to medium length ones and all adaptable. This machine is really quiet on spin, the few people that say this is loud have maybe not got it level but it's much quieter than my old Beko. The clothes come quite dry on the 1600 spin but this can be knocked down to 1200 for bedding etc that may crease on a 1600 spin. Only small disappointment is it has a plastic hinge for the door but with sensible use I am sure it will be fine. I researched loads of machines but this one definitely stood out with the most rapid programmes for full loads. The door also unlocks as soon as the wash finishes, no waiting around. Still loads to learn yet and looking forward to doing so but so far I would highly recommend this machine.

Power and quiet, also had a remote app with various types of laundry mode for every kind of wash. The wash modes are regularly updated also. The power consumption is also low doesn't drain my energy Bill
