A Pure and Simple Whey Protein – Exactly What I Wanted!
I’ve tried my fair share of whey protein powders, and I always found myself struggling with the overwhelming sweetness and artificial flavors. This one, however, is truly tasteless, which makes it my top choice over the usual sweetener-rich options. I can easily mix it into smoothies, coffee, or plain water without any overpowering taste—it’s exactly what I was looking for.I use a frother to mix it, and while it does get quite foamy, I’ve found a simple trick to make it more enjoyable: letting it sit for about five minutes really improves the texture and taste. The foam settles, leaving a much smoother and more enjoyable drink.Another thing that enhances my experience is the fact that it’s advertised as organic with only one ingredient. While I understand that part of my enjoyment might stem from a placebo effect, I genuinely appreciate knowing I’m consuming something pure and uncomplicated. It feels good to use a product that aligns with my preference for simple, high-quality nutrition.Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, straightforward whey protein without unnecessary additives or overpowering flavors, this is a fantastic choice!

Excellent organic whey protein substitute
This is the best no additive organic whey protein on the market! I found it hard to find whey protein without additives and sweetners which I did not want, this is perfect. I have subscribed which means nearly £6 off and with 48 servings giving me 18.8h of easily digested protein. This is really helpful when trying to reach 120g of protein a day to help with my fitness program. The vanilla flavour tastes great too and it’s low carb too at 8g and 3G fibre making net carbs 5g! Been using for a month now and it’s just so easy to mix in nutribullet. I am using this as a daily boost to my protein daily total. Highly recommended and although pricey it’s worth it as it supports my health and clean eating.

One ingredient - fab!
Was looking for a whey protein powder as am vegetarian and most protein powders are meat-based. Read up on it and didn’t want UPF or added nonsense/ sugars and this fit the bill. I do think it’s expensive but I live that it is a natural product. It’s so easy to add to Greek yogurt in the morning and just mix in well (or it can remain powdery; or smoothies in a blender. It has a lovely creamy flavour but goes with anything. I use it after strength training and am gaining muscle but unclear if due to training or protein! But I definitely feel it’s a good back up as I sometimes struggle to get enough protein. I now have it on repeat order (a scoop a day nearly lasts a month). Would recommend+

Unflavoured is simple I undrinkable!
I’ve tried the unflavoured version and it’s hands down the worst tasting protein I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t matter what you mix it with it’s absolutely atrocious, if you have more than a single taste bud I would not recommend this protein. It’s expensive and horrible, one to skip!

Protein Content & Ingredients
I was looking for an unflavoured, high protein content powder with no sugar, sweeteners, or emulsifiers. Well, this it. It has 80% protein, and tastes ok enough that I am able put on my oatmeal, as well as in a shake with berries for a bit more flavour. I used mainly Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate which had 76% protein but has the unwanted ingredients I mentioned above. I still use ON now and then, but The Protein Works is now my main source for protein supplement.

Vanilla and cocoa nice - banana much less so
Have tried three flavours now- the vanilla, cocoa and banana/lucuma.I don't like sweeteners at all (and react to them) so it has been challenging finding a protein powder not full of them. The nutritional makeup of the three flavours is quite different in terms of protein content. The banana/lucuma one has less protein but more potassium and I had thought this might be good for my heavier workout days when I usually add a potassium supplement in.However- while I find the vanilla and cocoa ones quite pleasant in flavour - I'm not getting on with the Banana/Lucuma one at all - which is a shame as it's an expensive product. The company might want to consider sending samples with purchases in future- i think this will drive better reviews.I blend my drinks with almond milk and a 40g tablespoon of greek yoghurt. It's very nice for those flavours I enjoy.

Amazing flavour and texture!
Bought this after much searching for a new protein powder as my usual one is just too expensive nowadays. Got to say I actually 100% prefer this one, lovely chocolate flavour, no artificial sweeteners and the texture is amazing, no lumps or grittiness at all. I put mine in a blender with water, frozen berries and collagen powder and it comes out like a frothy mousse- delicious 😋 This is definitely my go to from now on, really good quality and super tasty as well.

Pure protein with no nasties. I've been using this for a few months and it's really helped me increase my protein very easily. Would not be without it.
