Why did you pick this product vs others?:I didnt think I would ever need this device, but who does actually. I did a google search for the best incontinence clamps on the market, this product was one of the top 10 on the list, it’s adjustable for different sizes. I read some of the reviews, liked what I read and purchased the kit. The clamp from my Dr is metal and sometimes uncomfortable and pinches you. This clamp is plastic, comes with a kit of pads as replacements, good buy for the money and most important, keeps you dry during your incontinence time. Will purchase again, if the need is there when this kit is exhausted.

This item exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It is comfortable to wear and it works as advertised. Ease of use:Easy to use and comfortable to wear. You almost forget you have it on.

My grandfather seems to swear by these in some way, at least while he's out since he can't stand the adult diapers and resists to wearing them as much as possible. They aren't actually the end all be all as they can and have broken open while out and in his sleep, they can't caused pain from being to tight. Picking the size is trial and error, they don't seem to last him long (we aren't site if it's his user error but it's whatever at his point) but it's another option that works enough.

Easy to put on after a few times and it does work, for me anyways. Might want to trim a few hairs back so they don't pull. I wear mine most of the day taking it off every 1- 2hrs to relieve myself. I still wear a pad with it just incase I have a leak but so far it's been fine with me.
