So far, I've made tea and sprinkled the seeds on my Greek Yogurt.These seeds are DELICIOUS on Greek yogurt and make a great tasting tea!No sugar needed.I put them in a seed grinder first to get all the goodness. Yummy!Since I've only had the product for 2 days, I can't attest to anything else (hair, skin, bones etc.).But I will update in a month or so.LOVE it!*********************UPDATE: June 12, 2025Go RAW!I'm not boiling the seeds anymore.The hot "tea" is nothing compared to ingesting the seeds RAW.It's easier just to put a Tsp of seeds in water, let 'em soften for 15 minutes, then drink the water and chew the seeds.Good anti-inflammatory and whatever else ails you.

It is difficult to find black seed- I use it to make tea and seasoning. I have autoimmune conditions so I use it for anti-inflammatory properties but I have also been having on and off high blood pressure- this stuff is great. You get A LOT for the money so it's a great value. I love the taste- it's cumin! I also use it for cooking so lots of use/functions for me and great size.

I started eating the seeds a month ago to treat my inmune system disorder which has caused a severe inflammation to my whole body miraculously the inflammation has been reduced significantly, I feel alive again. It doesn’t matter how it tastes or smells what matters is the great results and I Thank to God for this gift.
