Ok here’s my story into this product….I had a slip and fall at work 2022 tearing my meniscus and almost severing my ACL plus dislocating my left knee. I work in the Tv/Movie industry as a Set Dresser moving lots of stuff, could be heavy or it could be lite but always lifting lots of stuff. I’m part of the percentage that doesn’t fully recover after having 2 surgeries due to the first one being a blotched surgery. I’ve done the full physical therapy thing, working out 5 days a week trying to build the strength back in my knee and dropped over 100lbs after the surgery. Was told by the surgeon for every pound l drop is like dropping 3 pounds so we’re looking at 300 lbs of pressure off my knee and still in pain and walking slowly/cautiously.So I was interested in this type of product and read up on it. This wasn’t part of my therapy prior to therapy sessions running out and never tried this before. So I’ve see products like this that are bulky and found this one here because it looked more of a knee brace and wasn’t as bulky as all the others I’ve seen on here. I was kinda skeptical because of the size of this but let me tell you! I’ve been using this for almost a week and on day 1 I felt better and now going into day 7 this is a HUGE game changer! I now wake up and don’t have to stretch to prepare myself to get out of bed and take the first step in the morning anticipating the knee pain to hit as soon as l put weight on it. I feel a heck of a lot better and will continue to use this. The massage mode is amazing and the heat feels and red light therapy feels so good!!!! So on the first day l pulled it out the box and put it on without even charging it since it had full battery. I placed the massage settings on the highest which is #3 and wanted to see how long the battery lasted. Let me tell you when you turn it on it lasts 20 minutes each session. This battery lasted for 9 sessions on one charge which is about 2 hrs of battery on the highest settings! I probably could’ve gone 10 but had to do something and yes I sat up on the couch for almost 2 hrs and just kept it going. It felt so relaxing!!! So now I do 2 20min sessions for a total of 40mins at a time and I feel great!!!! I do this 2 to 3 times a day. Not ready to go for a run but feeling a lot better and the pain is going away little by little and I’ve been in pain for almost 3 years. If you’re on the fence about buying this product I highly recommend investing in it! I’m not paid by any sponsors nor a reviewer for Amazon but this thing really works and can’t wait to see how l feel as the weeks go on! You definitely won’t be disappointed and the battery life on this is amazing!!! Plugs in and charges fully in less than an hour but that might be due to the charging port I have. This comes with a C type cord that plugs into the product but the other end of it is a USB port so make sure you have a USB charger because, it doesn’t come with the charger plug so make sure you have one. BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT NOR THE OUTCOME OF THE WAY YOU’LL FEEL!!!!

This product is ABSOLUTELY amazing. This has really helped my knees so much it comes with adjustable velco straps.The quality is fantastic.It is comfortable.I also use it for my back my shoulder this is such a great product . It also massages & gets warm it’s really good really does help my pain.. Comes with a bag to keep it in when not in use & it’s also easy to charge it came with a wire for charging.

The heat is only above the knee, and the vibrator is strong. Mostly, I use it without the vibrator. The instructions only mention the 1-5 settings, but it has a 6th setting. I am not sure what it does, so I only use 5. Has help my knee feel better sometimes. However, it does not seem to help with the flow of lymph from the lower leg.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like the fit and it stays put when wearing, even if I have to get up and walk around. Functionality:I walk/run regularly and sometimes overdo it resulting in inflammation. The stiffness and discomfort in my knee dissipates within 10 minutes of turning it on. I love it.

Front / back of knee , shoulder - anywhere. Flexible w/ extra velcro strap extension . HAVE USED 5 times (+) w/o charging . Massage works well - lite too . Controls are easy to set - even tho almost invisible , Can even be in bad positions and not “buttdial”. Helps MY Knees , bought two . Missus says👍 too . Lots of quality for little bucks . Doing red light @ Dr s office before , seems to work just as well as comml equipment - but at home for FREE -( aft purch ) GET TWO FOR CONVENIENCE AT THIS ($60) price.

I have knee issues and sometimes they swell and are so painful I can barely walk or stand it. (I bought this device because my chiropractor uses a similar device on me and that helps with the pain). I took a chance, and bought this unit and WOW, it really does help reduce my knee pain and swelling! In fact, there are weeks that go by where I don't need to use it at all. It saves me $$$ doing this at home vs at the doctor office.This is so economical especially compared to visits to the "Orthopedic" doctor who wants to operate... or at the least stick me with steroids using that long horse needle! Hell, no thank you, sir... (those treatments don't even work on me!)This light therapy works for me... otherwise I wouldn't say that it did. Best purchase I've made on a long time.
