It is not at all what I expected; it only vibrates. Perhaps it is just me, but the image suggested that the bumps would roll on my shoulders like others I have used. I have used it once, and it has remained in a box ever since.Here's my second review. I'm giving the company themselves 5 stars for customer support. After my first review they reached out to me via email and were very understanding about my experience. They offered me a full refund because of my dissatisfaction with the product. The fact that the company reached out and offered the refund shows how much they value their customers.

Not worth the buy. Doesn’t really massage

A couple of years ago, I purchased a Nekteck Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager. As it seems to be par for the course with these items, the mesh wore through, exposing the three balls. I used Amazon to find the item & clicked on "Purchase This Item Again." What did I receive, some Nektek pinky dink "Vibrating Massager" that is about half of the size of the item I was replacing. Any explanation Nektek?

I purchased this as a gift for my husband after his other vibrating neck massager broke. He absolutely loves this one, especially the versatility of being able to easily use it on his back as well. It's powerful, works well, and gives him a lot of relief. Absolutely recommend!

Would not buy again myself or recommend you buy it either.There’s others that have the option to kneed/massage instead of just vibrate.

My family uses this to relax and relieve some back, shoulder, and neck pain. No issues with it so far.

Returning. But my bad, so good for YOU to know (Read details carefully!!!!). It's only a VIBRATING neck pillow, NOT Massage.Again, my bad, but the vibrating is annoying. Needed the massage.

Does not massage! Just vibrates so hard it feels like you will get brain damage! Horrible! Hard and uncomfortable! Bought 2 for Xmas and both my husband and daughter don't want them, because they hurt and are useless! Don't waste your money!
