My daughter is gluten free and she loves the taste and texture of this panettone. I also have done research to find the best and Chiostro Di Saronno panettone’s are highly recommended. Purchased the gluten free for my daughter and a classic for us to enjoy for the holidays. It has been a tradition in our household to always have panettone for Christmas morning and I was thrilled when I found this gluten free version for my daughter so she could still enjoy the tradition with us. Moldy and inedible
This was moldy on the inside, which we didn't discover until after my toddler granddaughter had already eaten some. Disgusting.

if you have flour and food allergies
if you really need to have pantone for the holidays, and you allergic to gluten and other aspects of flour., this is a very expensie option lacking in texture, and taste
