I like to have my phone close at hand when I hike, and I don't have a pocket that works! So, I thread my belt through the loop and let the case hang from there. My jacket is long enough that it keeps the case from flopping around. You may figure out other ways and places to attach it, but that works for me!

I bought this to take to the beach to keep my phone fr overheating. It didn’t do anything and it made my phone almost more hot. Save your money. I’m pretty frustrated with the waste of money.

At first I was excited because it seemed to work. I bought because I am tired of my phone overheating while In the sauna. My phone seems to be ok at 15 minutes but the last 5 minutes it overheats. If that’s what you wanted this for, do not buy. It doesn’t work.

It’s perfect to keep your phone’s battery from losing power while working outside or in your car during cold weather.
