The screen of my mother's Flip 5 started peeling in the middle, so I took it to uBreakiFix. They gave me two options:Fix it under warranty by Samsung, which would take 24 hours.Fix it out of pocket within 2 hours, but the price was higher than I was willing to pay.Since my mom needed her phone for expected calls, the first option wasn't viable. The cost of the out-of-pocket repair was also more than we were willing to pay.With that in mind, I searched on Amazon and found this kit. The installation was straightforward overall. As others have mentioned, make sure to watch the installation video before attempting the inner screen installation. Take your time cleaning the inner display, ensuring there is no dust, fingerprints, etc. I used a small manual air blower that I use to clear dust off my camera lenses. A word of caution: when using the dust stickers, make sure they do not make full contact as they tend to leave a residue.Some minor quirks during the install. When you remove the plastic part from the protector, it feels like you are removing the protector itself. Maybe some numbers or letters differentiating the two layers would make it clear which layer is currently being removed. For the Fold series of phones, Whitestone includes an attachment kit in the box, which might be helpful for alignment rather than eyeballing it until it's straight enough. Lastly, as another reviewer mentioned, there is a very small line across the hinge area from the protector, not the phone. It's a small visual quirk but does not affect functionality.Overall, this kit was of great quality. The installation process is well thought out, with plenty of material on top of the film to squeegee out any bubbles. If you do not want to take your phone to a repair shop, this is a good option as long as you take your time and double-check for dust.

Feb 27 update: still NO response on how to get replacement for screen that cracked within a month under the stated supposed "lifetime warranty"- this is a terrible product and service - DO NOT BUY THISORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased the more expensive Whitestone screen protector kit because I expected higher quality than less expensive alternatives.The screen protector is already starting to crack at the phone hinge fold after 30 days. I contacted the seller, they have a written lifetime warranty but refuse money back but offered warranty replacement.I am still awaiting warranty replacement instructions. This is very disappointing customer service and product quality.

Honestly, I have bought Whitestone Dome screen protectors for the past 5+ years. They have protected my phone screens greatly! Worth the money as they offer self healing technology, scratch resistance, anti glare and more!All of the bad reviews are mainly because people have a hard time(BY CHOICE OR NOT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS) installing the product but there are well explained videos and instructions included to help. If you take your time and do it correctly you'll be very satisfied. I do a well job installing mine and have no bubbles, fits perfectly on screen and lasts a very long time.Looks great and at times I can't tell I have a screen protector on with how clean it is. All in all, as a continuous customer/buyer of Whitestone Dome, I 10/10 recommend it.

Easy to apply and came with all prepping tools for applying it. Was easy to understand and apply.

You MUST watch and follow video instructions via QR code. EXCELLENT PRODUCT.Taking your time carefully the results are perfect the first Time.If you rush and do Not follow instructions, you will get agitated and blame it on this product.The outside mini screen protector glass installs perfectly with the overlay guide set flush on device which was pre cleaned per instructions.The inside larger screen film installs PERFECTLY the first attempt by following the step by step instructions carefully. There is a mini sheet with a QR Code to scan which takes you to the actual Video showing how to use this product. Overall , its a well done thought out protection package. Add the Otter Box Case available on Amazon as well and your Investment is protected and looks great.

1st Screen Protector I put on my phone. I was super nervous about putting it on my flip phone. I've owned my phones but I always have the Retailer put the screen protector on my phones. I watched the video, read the instructions and put it on. It came out awesome. Looks and feels like the factory screen protector. Not sure why people say it doesn't fit properly. Not sure why some have issues with it peeling. Maybe they didn't clean their phone properly. I would definitely buy this protector again for my phone. I still have a spare protector. I was able to do it right with the 1st one I put on. Watch video, read directions and clean the screen properly. You should have no issues with the screen protector. Was very easy to do.

They crack in a few weeks, don't open and close your phone outside if it's cold, they split in half. These use to be good screen protectors but they are not now.

I've order this screen protector and applied to my screen. I have to say that it works really well. All bubbles has dissappeared after 24 hours. It works with the flip so well, I don't even notice I put this screen protector on my phone screen. Touch screen works just fine as well. and the texture of this product is also very smooth, so I can use my phone with any discomfort.
