I was skeptical after going through the reviews, especially the ones that said the machine keeps going off and on, but mine was perfect. The pot heats up quickly, the products are complete, nothing missing and it’s very easy to clean up after. I haven’t used the wax beans though, I used another wax beans I had. Not bad but takes a long time to heat up.

Great for home waxing! Saved me a fortune in going to the salon.I have very little patience but this is easy to use.The wax can be a little messy but this may be a fault in my technique.

I ordered this wax kit, I was skeptical at first but I am really surprised. I had probably a 4-5 days growth in my legs and the wax grasped it brilliantly with no difficulty. I also did brows and lip again nearly pain free! 100% recommend, the silicone bowl that came with it makes it such a mess free tidy up

Please don’t ignore this review just because you’re looking for reasons to buy this product. I understand that there will always be mixed opinions, but my experience with this wax machine has been terrible.Right from the first use, the temperature control and power function were faulty. The machine turns on and off unpredictably, making it impossible to maintain a steady temperature. This resulted in an extremely frustrating and time-consuming waxing process, as I had to wait for the machine to heat up repeatedly.I strongly recommend spending a few extra pounds on a better-quality machine. This one is simply not worth it!

Ok... Now, I'm an intelligent, educated girl, so I can work these things out. But, although, it comes with a molded on UK plug, the temperature on the dial is measured in Fahrenheit... No biggie! However, when the wax is measured in grams, the instructions are in ounces, and the measurements on the device are in millilitres, it starts to fill you with a lack of confidence in the quality of the product... I'm just saying!

Brought as a Christmas gift and very very happy with it. Wax that came included lasted a very long time and felt like great quality for money. Would not buy if it were more expensive but for price, great starter set
