I tried Chris Kresser’s organ supplement a few months back with a positive result but decided to try another organ supplement that was half the price. However I did not feel the same increase in overall energy. I finished the bottle but decided to repurchase Adaptogenic brand without regret.

These do have a bit of a meaty taste, not overwhelming (I wouldn't even complain about it just being honest in a review--it's not bad enough to complain about). And a slight odor, actually it drives my pups crazy because they think I am opening the treat bag for them AND NOT GIVING THEM ONE. I don't think they smell as strong as some of their treats do but their noses are much more sensitive than mine is. Again, nothing I would complain about but I do want others to be aware. The one thing that I actually don't like is that you have to take 6 per day, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening. They are easy to swallow, not the smallest but they are in capsule so go down pretty easy. The ingredients are super clean and I do appreciate that.

I was very concerned to try these organ capsules as just the thought of eating liver, kidney, or other organ meat makes me want to gag. I was so pleased to discover that these capsules have no flavor. There is a slight meaty odor when you open the bag, but I do not notice a smell on the individual capsules, which is great. I tend to run a little low on iron and don't eat a lot of meat so these supplements really help boost my energy levels and have me feeling great. I typically take these in the morning with breakfast to get me off to a good start and would recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy energy boost. I am a little hit or miss with taking additional capsules at night before I go to bed, but it is recommended.The capsules are a regular size and easy to swallow. The recommended serving size is 6 capsules a day (3 in the morning and 3 in the evening) so this is a 30-day/monthly bottle. I think it is kind of expensive for a full month's supply, but I will consider ordering more after taking them regularly for the first month. I do recommend taking 1 or 2 capsules to start with. Make sure you eat something with the supplements and drink a lot of water. I don't always take 6 a day, but, when I do, I take 3 capsules with breakfast and 3 capsules with dinner to spread them out and minimize stomach upset while maximizing the effects throughout the day. I love that these capsules come in a resealable pouch instead of a bottle as it makes them easier to store and find, as well as minimizing waste when I am done with the capsules inside.

The components in this supplement seems like great nutrienta. It is easy to take with cold water. Ut glides easily. I finished the whole pack and I didn't feel anything different in my body. Maybe it did something maybe not or maybe I juat need to take more.
