Shoulder Therapy ice pack
I bought this Shoulder ice pack for my post surgery on my shoulder, but then I realize I already had one and return this one because it was a little too big for me

It is perfect
This works perfect for the shoulder and arm! I even used it on my knee and it wrapped around my leg find! It doesn't thaw quickly so can be used for long periods of time!

Top of the line shoulder ice pad
This doesn’t have a removable ice pack, it’s integrated into the unit. Tons of cold surface area, and it’s highly adjustable. The area that touches your shirt/skin is soft like velour. The directions say to freeze in the included bag, which is did. If you don’t use for 72 hours, remove from the freezer to extend the units life., which I plan to.Overall, an awesome unit which has greatly helped with my shoulder surgery recovery.Only downside is that it takes a while to freeze. I mention this because if you are 30 minutes on/off, it won’t have enough time to freeze solidly. For a pickleball player to ice after a day of playing, perfect use.

Nice Straps to Keep it In Place
Got this for my Husband following his shoulder replacement surgery. I like the fact that we can secure it to his shoulder for maximum icing on his entire shoulder and chest to reduce the swelling; but I don't like that there are restrictions for keeping it in the freezer too long. I would prefer to have an ice pack on demand rather than keeping up with how long it has or has not been in the freezer. The instructional usage tip advises to freeze for a minimum of 4 hours before use; and to freeze for less than 72 hours above 0 degrees fahrenheit for the best experience, and not t freeze for a long time when not in use. I just want one that I can toss in the freezer and grab it when needed.
