I finally bit the bullet and ordered this after a long period of scrabbling around due to misplaced brand loyalty to Colgate. As its reviews highlight, they seem to have all but given up on this segment of the market, but without having the decency to tell their customers, instead passing off an ever worsening product in the hope that people will drift away.This, in contrast, is brilliant. Silky smooth but doesn't slip through your fingers, fray or snap. Ribbon format is new to me but seems to work great, allowing the floss to be narrower while contacting more of the tooth surface for a better clean. Minty "flavour" is a gimmick to me -- you smell it from the tub but can't discern it on the floss. Not sure I'd want to anyway, but it's a nice touch. Oh, and the contents are greater than the alternative, 40 m instead of 30 m. That's 33% extra free!In short, I recommend this. Anyone else who's flapping around trying to find the "good old" Colgate, I'd recommend giving this a try. I think it's better than that ever was. I wouldn't go back.

What can I say it’s flosss it works but I got sent a floss that’s 2 years out of date I don’t think it’s dangerous or anything but still would like in date floss

I have very small gaps between my teeth, and regular floss always gets stuck or tears, making the whole experience unpleasant. However, Oral-B Pro-Expert is a game changer. It works perfectly for me with no issues, effectively cleaning between my teeth, and I see immediate results. I am very happy with it and grateful to my dentist for recommending it. It's the best floss I've ever used for my teeth.

I prefer this tape style as it doesn’t get stuck, which I found was a regular occurrence with other string type floss. It tastes nice and minty. As others have mentioned it is a shame that there is no refill option. This is the best I’ve used and will continue to repurchase.

Initially very happy with this floss. However, I have been using for a few weeks now and on virtually every use the floss snaps before I have finished.

My dentist will be happy that I've finally taken her advice and am doing regular flossing. Or will she? My teeth are now more sparkly than Elton John's favourite sequinned thong after it's been in the wash with a whole box of Daz. Also this floss glides between your teeth which is more than can be said for Elton John's sequinned thong which tends to get stuck. Don't tell him I said that as he specifically told me not to use it to try and get broccoli bits out but sometimes you don't have anything else to hand. Fortunately, now I do.
