Q: Is it also a disinfectant, germ killer?

I don’t know. I don’t see any antibacterial products in the description.

Q: With this take care of human urine smells? The spray I use for my dog urine, which works great for that, does not work on human urine.

I am very pleased with this product. My grand children had wet my mattress several times and I tried vinegar and baking soda and it took the smell away temporarily. Then I discovered the Clorox with urine removeal of urine stain and odor. It worked. I sprayed/saturated the mattress vey well and opened the window so the mattress could. I was and still am still happy with the results. Two days later I repeated the process again and there is no order. And one more thing the Clorox dries very fast and has no strong after odor. It has a soft fresh fragrance.
