Yes, from the first application you will notice a significant change. But it's temporary, it disappears within hours. (in my particular case, I've been using it for 5 months) and my skin hasn't bleached at all permanently. Only when I apply it ... I think to see results you must be constant using it or while you have one to ask for another personally it doesn't work for me with just one so I asked for more
