These are extremely sturdy and can hold up exactly what I need even under heavy movements and forces of a motion rig running, highly recommended!

Don’t buy. It has a critical design flaw.
The media could not be loaded. When fastening the bolt tight, the hexagonal flange was broken apart from the bushing. It was because the countersinking was too deep. There was almost no material connecting the two parts.
