I’ve used this brush for years now, I love that the bristles have not shed after so many years of use. The bristles are firm enough but not extremely hard.

I absolutely love this brush, best brush I've owned, I like it more than my (extreme Wave brush from Sally's) I was almost mad about the bristles coming out in abundance until I read the maintenance book (fancy lol) anyway if your looking for a "I can feel and tell the difference brush" this is the one! I bought a few others also waiting for them to come!
