Beautiful, well designed massager. Amazing battery life… then suddenly, not so. Probably only had to charge it four times in a year and a half. Then suddenly the charge plummeted to six and a half minutes. Now several days later it won’t even turn on. I bought this a year and a half ago for $200. Expected it to last longer than that for that price. reviews on this as it’s a known problem with the company. When I contacted customer support on the issue I was also offered a 25% coupon. Guess they don’t stand behind their products for a reason.— updated ———I spoke too soon. Turns out they do stand behind their products. After reaching out to their customer service group, they offered to replace the unit. When they sent the new gun they recommended I charge it every 2-4 months to keep the battery fresh. Even though we use the massage gun regularly, we don’t use it enough to drain the battery. It’s so good we probably only charged it 3-4 times in the year and a half that we owned it. I recommend you charge it every 2-4 months… and buy the extended warranty.

I was going to buy a cheaper gun and then decided to go with the OG! I am happy I did. The quality is superior and the thing just works. All parts of the design are thoughtful and well made. It is also relatively light and compact. I am just very pleased with this product. Easily worth the price!PS -- Don't know anything about the app connection as I didn't bother with that nonsense. Just turn on and use!

Decent massage gun however the weird angle makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use it on your own shoulders/back. It is literally angled in the wrong direction.

Update: 2/28 - Based on my review, Opove contacted me very promptly with options to remedy the issue I've described below. I appreciate the patience of the customer service agent and that Opove was willing to fully stand by their product. I am updating my review to reflect this; my rating is based on my experience using the massage gun and the fact that Opove fully addressed the issue I experienced. I would confidently buy from this seller again.I began using this product in July of 2022, so just over 6 months ago at the time of writing.It worked very well for me in the few times that I used it during those 6 months, primarily for relieving shoulder pain. I never timed it, but I'd estimate that the battery could last about 50 minutes at the highest setting. That's pretty impressive in my opinion.Despite this, I can't recommend anyone purchase it. I charged the massage gun this morning after using it a few days ago. After about 6 hours on the charger, it was only showing a charge of 2 out of 3 bars. I tried to turn it on and it vibrated for about 15 seconds, then abruptly turned off. I tried toggling the on/off switch, but it no longer turns on or charges in any capacity.I can accept that a product like this will break down eventually. At this price, I expect it to withstand much more than 6 months of occasional use.

Owned for two years and now the battery doesn’t hold a charge at all, I can’t even get through a single session without having to recharge it. Performance was always mediocre, I cannot recommend this product.

I had high expectations of this massager when i ordered it. At the time I ordered the M3 Pro it cost slightly more than some massagers and less than most I think. I have a homedics wand thumper that was nice. I have a rechargeable over the shoulder style massager i bought from a vender at costco. Finally, my friend has a massager like this but a different shape and costs 2 times as much.This M3 Pro is amazing. All the controls and status indicators are in one location. I'll compare this to the expensive model ("XPensive" not the real brand). The XPensive one had to be turned to see the battery level on the lower side of the massager. Most the time I wouldn't notice it was getting low and it would die before I saw the lights. Lights on the back of the M3 Pro where someone is operating it from are clearly visible at most the times. Battery status is 5 or 6 lights for 100%->10%. The M3 Pro battery itself has a ring at the bottom (green or red) so i believe this can indicate an empty battery when removed from the massager. YES! THE M3 Pro BATTERY IS REMOVABLE AND CAN BE CHARGED SEPARATELY. It can be charged while in the massager too. The XPensive one wasn't removable.Both massagers performed the same. They are both adjustable and included different tips for relief.The XPensive one was marketed as quieter (compared to the same brand). Today I'll do a side by side to see which is louder... I think the M3 Pro is quieter.Build quality is solid. Nothing seems flimsy in the least bit.Great ergonomics, quiet, performance rivaling the expensive models, the M3 Pro is my recommendation to everyone.
