These little chair leg protectors are great! I’ve used them for my raised dog beds, kitchen stools and bed frames. They measure accurately. They’re made of very thick material and prevent scratching the floor or tearing up carpet. I’ll always have these handy in the house.

I've included photos of my previous chair leg caps which I purchased at one of the big box stores. As you can see, the old ones are shorter, same width at the top as the bottom, and do not have any felt to help the chair move smoothly and quietly across the floor. In the photos, you can see my chair legs are angled and do not go straight to the floor. This caused a problem for the old caps, as they did not conform to the angled chair leg and would often be found in the floor separated from the chair. These caps are easy to apply using one hand, just give a slight twist and push and the small cuts help fit the larger part of the leg into the cap. They seem to fit much better and the chairs glide across the floor with ease. I didn't realize before with the old caps, I was literally lifting the chair off the floor to move because the plastic/silicone was sticking to the floor, which caused me to leave the cap behind. Now I no longer have to pick the chair up to move, but can gently glide to where I need it and don't have to worry that I'm scratching my floor. It's a win-win! This package came with 32 caps, which is much more than I needed, but maybe I'll find other things that could use them. I recommend this product if you have unusually shaped chair legs or the legs are set at an angle other than 90 degrees to the floor.

These came in a very plain old ziploc bag with no label or frills, but they work. They loosely fit on my chair legs - I thought they would be tighter - but they stay on even when I pick up the chair. They don't look great, but that doesn't matter too much to me. They also fit on my similar square chair legs and I've ordered another bagful for those. I don't know about durability. Honestly, they don't look like they will last that long - just a little piece of thin cork on the bottom, but the silicone part should last and I may be able to stick some felt pads onto that when the cork wears out. Or order more... they are cheap, so I didn't expect much and I'm happy with what I got.

Recently put down laminate flooring. Wanted to protect it from scratches and gouges, so I bought these to cover the legs of some metal barstools. Fit perfectly- soft enough to make putting it on easy, but stiff enough to hold shape once in place and won't fall off if you pick the the stool up. Material on the bottom is soft and glides easily and quietly across the floor when moving the stool.If you've ever bought those stick-on felt type bottoms before, they do work- however- after awhile they fall off when moving the furniture, and they collect hair/dirt from the glue. These caps won't have either of these problems, since no adhesive is involved and they fit around the leg, not just on the surface of the bottom. And they are inexpensive considering how durable they are and likely won't need to be replaced.I received all the caps in perfect condition in a resealable plastic pouch, which makes it easy to store and find when I need to use the rest of them. If you have hardwood, laminate, or any other type of flooring and you want to protect it as well as protect the legs/feet of your furniture and allow them to move with ease, these caps are the ideal solution. These also protect the bottom inch of chair legs from damage from mops, vacuums, or bumping into furniture/walls- no more gnarled wooden legs. Highly recommend these.

I have 2 sets of these - one for my kitchen chairs and one for the patio furniture. The set on my kitchen chairs work great, and I like them. Unfortunately, the set on the deck chairs fall off every time the chair is scooted past a gap in the wood, so I'm constantly putting them back on. Maybe they would stay on better if they could fit tighter, but that's not really how they're made. I love the idea, and they get 3 stars since they work great in the kitchen.

I have 4 metal chairs in my dining room that have been scraping the linoleum floor, leaving black marks that are really hard to get rid of. I went looking for chair leg covers or floor protectors when I found this brand. I've never bought anything like this before (nobody told me this was part of being an adult!) so I just took the plunge. I did measure my chair legs first since there are different sizes and even square vs round protectors, so I picked the one that best fit my chairs. They're actually really easy to install, you just have to flip your chairs over and pop them into the feet one at a time. No glue, tape, or anything like that. They're just a tiny tiny bit loose, but still snug enough to not rattle around. They're almost invisible once you get them all installed, so I doubt any guests will notice in case you're nervous about that. These protectors immediately made a huge difference! My chairs no longer scrape along the linoleum. No more loud SKKRRRRRRRRCCHHH waking everyone up in the middle of the night when you're trying to have a snack at the dining room table. No more black marks on the floor for your parents to make passive aggressive comments about your cleaning abilities. Lol. They're made from pretty thick and durable silicone so I think they'll last, but I'll see how they fair after a few months of use.
