Best tea!
Great Rift is just unbeatable for me. Super smooth and the colour of your tea- oh that golden colour! Rich and smooth at the same time. Just a great taste. Best tea so far for me.

Favourite afternoon tea
A bit expensive than more popular tea brands available at supermarkets but definitely this is more flavoursome and stronger.Pyramid tea bags are fantastic but even more expensive, so this will do.

Strong tea but not much flavour
If like me you are used to drinking premium proper tea leaf tea, you may be disappointed as this tea is strong but not much flavour. The reason tea is strong but lacking in broad range of flavours is when brands use tea dustings in the teabags which is rich in tannins but not the premium full tea leaves which will give a broader range of flavours. Most standard teabags in UK use tea dusting rather than the more expensive tea leaves so compared to other brands of everyday builders tea, I would say this is much better than Yorkshire tea in my opinion and price isn’t too bad. But I don’t understand the awards they claim to have won, probably in the category of everyday standard tea. A proper good quality tea however will have a broad range of flavours, not just strength. And the flavours will vary depending upon the region where the teas are grown very similar to wine flavours varying depending on where the grapes are grown. To appreciate the nuances of tea flavours however tea made with tea leaves or using premium teabags that contain proper tea leaves is required. I believe this brand tea uses a good amount of tea dustings hence you get a strong tea but not much broader flavour because it is tea dusting & not full tea leaves in the teabag. For flavour I much prefer Vadham Teas also available on Amazon as their teabags & tea leaves I find have a broader flavour and not overly expensive for premium tea leaves tea. However for every day morning tea this is a good brand and better than Yorkshire tea or PG tips in my opinion.

Beats all the well known brands for strength and taste. What more to say?
