I was looking for a chrome faucet for our RO filter system. The brushed nickel one we had did not go with our chrome faucets. This one is heavy duty and very well built. It comes in 5 different color finishes to match your existing faucets. This thing is real heavy and you can feel the smooth operation of the ceramic disc valve. It is made from solid brass, contains no lead and is chrome plated. The changeover from my old faucet took about 10 minutes. Simply close the valves on your RO system and use the supplied quick disconnect fittings to hook it up. It comes with both ⅜" and ¼" quick disconnect valves and a 2" chrome cover plate. I would purchase this faucet again.

I installed this faucet (GK1-CHR) last weekend to replace a 10-year old plastic faucet (for my undersink water filter) that finally broke. The new faucet is solid, appears to be well-built, and installed without issue. I needed a 3/8" to 1/4" adapter (instead of the included 1/4" to 1/4" adapter), so I e-mailed the company, which sent me the correct adapter at no charge. The handle turns smoothly, and I have had no leaks. Based on my experience so far, I am very pleased.

I'm glad I had a plumber put this in while he was here. Even he complained about the little clips on the push in connectors. The challenge was that it's hard to see it tucked up behind the sink. It looks great and is far better than the last faucet.

Faucet arrived on time and was well packaged. Installation was fairly easy, but getting it tight enough was a bit of a challenge. I put small pieces of wood between the backsplash and faucet to keep it from turning while I tightened it. Unfortunately it had a small leak from the handle. Called customer service, spoke with Nick. He apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a complete new faucet the same day. I rarely run into this level of caring and customer service in today’s world. I highly recommend ISpring faucets.

They should include the 1/4 " to 3/8" quick connector adaptor in the kit.I'll be at least 1-2 days with no filtered water until my adaptor comes in the mail.

Very nice looking, smooth operating, and it is easy to install. The only thing that could be better is that the plate that covers the hole doesn't have the same finish and is not as nice looking as the fixture itself.
