Frustrating as this is not a bad shaker at all but just falls shy of being what it could be.Build quality is fine, had.no leaks etc. lid can be a bit stiff to open but rather that than a leak in my bag. Size is fine, and with compartments gives the ability to carry extra portions of protein shake. Easy to hold though a handle would be appreciated.The usability though is where this falls shy of a perfect score. The extra compartments don’t have lids like other brands I have bought. Meaning you take them off and the powder is just going to go everywhere. You’ve no option to carry separately from the main bottle. The other niggle is the metal mixer inside it works but when the bottle is empty it rattles like nobodies business and is so loud it becomes annoying to carry. Again personal niggles but just knocks it down a bit for me.

Impressed with the first so ordered a second. The design of this shaker bottle is great. It works well and enables me to keep the protein powder separate from the coconut milk until the moment I want the drink. If I mix it when I leave the house and then try to drink it hours later the mix is thick and cannot drink it. So this bottle is ideal. Looks good, shakes really well and makes a smooth drink quickly without much effort, and it is easy to wash. Recommended.

I know where to start, It is a bottle, it does indeed hold the liquids, and it does indeed hold the powders in the other compartments, you can indeed just attach one of the compartments instead of all three, and the mixing spring does work, the quality is good enough to be used as a liquids disposal into your mouth Gadget, and you can indeed clean it or use the next dishwasher cycle depending how lazy you are ( I go for the dishwasher cycle mostly ), what did I miss? owww the Lid does indeed twist on and off like a lid, you can indeed put drugs in the drugs compartment ( don't know what drugs I'd be putting in there BUT Heyyy each to their own exploding muscles )Conclusion, its a bottle and it works as a bottle, what else were you expecting xD

This was the greatest choice I made lately. Great for carrying post workout drink. Can keep the protein in a different compartment. Definitely recommend to my gym fellows.

Very practical, but it is leaking.. the top cap does not sit tight enough unfortunately, so you need to be extra careful otherwise it will spill everywhere…

This is great for protein shakes or smoothies. Has Seperate bit to put powder in to take shake on the go. Sturdy great value for money
