This Vitamin C has no stomach upset for me, even when I took 8 caps in one day to knock out my cold. I was over it in 7 days and it was a bear. Highly recommend this brand. I use a lot of supplements and you can count on the quality of NOW brand.

After increasing my Vitamin C intake I have not been sick with a cold or flu for years. This brand of Vitamin C is top quality. After using another (cheap/popular) brand of Vitamin C for a few days and a had a headache/nauseous reaction I switched right back to NOW Foods and all those negative symptoms went away. I have recommended NOW Foods Vitamin C to many others. I use a Liposomal type of Vitamin C too but this is my “go to” type of Vitamin C.
