I ordered these for my long haired dog and they worked great for thinning her winter hair down to a cooler summer coat. Great for removing the tangles and mats too. Combs are sturdy and strong enough to handle the job. So much easier to use then a noisy, scary clipper. I don't like to have my dog completely shaved down for summer and these hair thinning combs leave enough of her hair to protect her delicate skin from any sunburn while she's outside and also from the 'cold' AC that freezes her in summer. She's a little lap dog that's completely spoiled.

This is an amazing value for the money. The razor comb already has a razor in it & is ready to use! I have never used this before but was very pleased with the results. I needed some layering and cut some then finished it up with this razor cut and it gave a very different result than my usual way of layering. I got more bounce with this, more fullness. I had no previous experience with such a tool & I used it carefully and sparingly but was again, very happy with the results. Medium-long hair now has more oomph! Yes, recommend.

Snags a bit, but functional.

I think this will work on my cat’s mats, but I’m not sure how to open the slots where you put the razor blades in. It looks like it should open by sliding it, but I need to look at it a while. So far, I can’t open the slots.

I just received them 5 mins ago. Idk what prompted me to open it up & check the blades. This is DISGUSTING. 1st it had what looked like Curly grayish color hairs attached to the purple one. I said ok I don’t mind bcz I can just dust it off. Then I opened it up & saw what’s in the pic. Idk if that’s hair dye or some sort of mold or what. This is not sanitaryOther than that the price was decent for 3 blades it came with extra blades & im going to assume it cuts well.

Perfect for what i need them for

I needed a razor comb to detangle some boho braids before going on vacation, and I didn’t have time to run to the store. I ordered these online, and they were delivered the next day. I immediately got to work and had no trouble separating the tangled hair. I packed it in my suitcase and took it on vacation, where it was a lifesaver. I was also glad that it came with three combs for the price, which was a great bonus! Its sturdy and wont just snap so hopefully it handles last as expected
