Edit: just wanted to add that I used this today to froth. I had needed to make up a little milk for use in a cookie recipe. I only needed 2 TBS, but I made one portion according to direction. That meant I would have plenty left over. I decided to then take my handheld milk frother to it for use in a caramel cafe latte. OMG is froths so nicely! Thick creamy foam, with lovely milk undeneath. Poured it on top of my espresso then drizzled it with Torani Caramel Sauce Mmm!I keep powder milk in my pantry for cooking and baking. I dont drink milk enough to keep it on hand, so I instead just make it as need it. Best thing to do if you are at all like me in this regard. Can make it as rich or as weak as you want. Add more or less water to adjust taste.This is a big container, and will certainly last me awhile. Since I dont use it often or go through it a lot, I am keen on storing it as well as I can, while also keeping in mind convenience. So I took some and placed it in mason jars and vac sealed the lid. I can just grab a jar as needed. Easier than pulling out big container each time and exposing it all to air.Anway, good stuff. Will likely buy again. For stuff like this, price usually drives my decision. This specific one caught my eye because it was on sale, but I have also had similar versions by same company. All good. 5 stars

A great quality milk and very filling. It came sealed well. Just mix it well for no clumps. It is great for a long shelf life and had an amazing texture. I still have to bake with it. I just use it for drinking. I don't buy regular milk, because I don't drink it fast enough. I use this as an on demand milk.

It is ironic that I loved this milk when I was growing up (would even sneak in the kitchen and eat spoons of just the powder) and never gave thought about the name KLIM being taken from the word MILK written backward until later in life! Growing up in the Caribbean, this milk was an important part of your hurricane preparedness kit (required no refrigeration and during hurricane season power loss was always an issue and we did not have power generators) because since we had one of the cleanest water springs in our family property, water was not an issue. Everyone in our family loved the taste of this milk! I received my can with an expiration date 8 months down the road (fair enough). I can not say with scientific evidence if this milk contains any ingredients harmful to human health, but I drank (and ate 😉 )lots of it during my first 18 years of life and at this time I am in my mid 50's with no apparent health issues whatsoever! My 3 year old daughter is following my steps eating the powder with the spoon like me! LOL...This is a product that have been proven as of high quality for decades! Tastes great, easy to mix and in the $20 price range seems reasonable.
