The Bodylastics Fome Roller is a long-lasting,effective, and reasonably priced roller that is ideal for increasing flexibility and alleviating muscular pain. It can, however, be unpleasant for novices and is not appropriate for everyone.Here are some recommendations:•Begin with a gentle roller and then go to a harder one.•Listen to your body and take a pause if you experience any discomfort.•Concentrate on rolling on point of tension or pain.•Each posture should be held for 30-60 seconds.•After using a foam roller, drink lots of water.Foam rolling is an excellent way to enhance fitness without breaking the bank.

Firm and wide enough for full body rolling
Long term review - Fit and finish is good.Wide enough for entire body.This is a firm roller (unlike the regular soft ones) and yet not as hard as PVC plastic, it falls right in between.

Sturdy, lacks elastic feeling
If you ever used EVA material, you will not like it. This one is sturdy, 10-15 percent cheaper than EVA, but lacks soft elasticity of EVA. The material is not meant for roller. Go for any Eva product

I am unable to understand why this product is made for.seems to be wastage of money.very hard object ¬ use of any thing .as a doctor i am not recommending anybody.high cost for no reason.Do don't go for it.you can't return it also.cheating

It is sturdy and made my fascia release session easy to do
The media could not be loaded. 45cm is a great size, and the thickness makes the exersize process great. The appearance is minimalistic which I adore. Quality seems great, but will keep you updated with how long this product lasts and if they provide warranty in a hassle free manner.As of now, this is all I wanted from the product and I am very pleased 😀.
