Pasta Mancini Bucatini (500 Gram (17.6 Ounce))

So that's a weird way to describe a food, but I have a bad habit of overcooking pasta, and I've found that bucatini is more forgiving than spaghetti if you get distracted and leave it on the boil a couple minutes too long. I've never cooked a bad pot of this. I basically don't use spaghetti at all now.

Very unique in that it is a hollow tube. Allows the flavors to permeate better. Just had it tonight with shrimp and octopus sauce. Enjoyed it very much and it has a great chew.
