I’m not an expert but I believe that this module is for the front and from I’ve seen the rear one looks completely different. Call a Ford dealership and tell them what your looking for they should help you with a part number. Then you can shop for one yourself. It worked on my 2011 F-150 King Ranch. Hopefully this information will help you.

Not sure about 2014 but in 2011 the answer is yes. When you take control in back you are controlling fan speed and blend door

Mine was a direct fit in a 2012 F150. Works good. Now I have all the fan speeds back working for the auto climate control.
