Works well given that they are not using harsh chemicals
Overall this is a good product esp. if you have one of the newer dish washers that only dries via condensation. To get drier dishes you need something to help as much water as possible slide off of the dishes so that the condensation process is more effective. The combination of a rinse aid combined with maxing out all of the "heating / drying" options on the dishwasher turned many dishes from "not dry at all" to "good enough" .... which is a huge improvement.Pros:1. Packaging seems to work well. Specifically we were able to get the rinse aid from the bottle to the dish washer with no problems at all.2. When I checked online the chemicals used did not seem as questionable as what is used in a run of the mill rinse aid.3. While it's hard to give concrete measurements my wife seems much more pleased with the dryness of the dishes and while she didn't want to use any rinse aids at all she's fine given that the ingredients seem more natural than run of the mill products.Cons: ??1. This may not count as a real con as I don't see any problems with the results but it seems counter intuitive to put elements of coconut soap (?) into a rinse aid but from what I can tell things are so diluted that it doesn't seem to cause any problems.

Works well with our well water
We do have an overall house water softner. But this works very well with our water/dishwasher. It is literally half the price if you go directly to their website. The shipping is high, but if you stock up and get several bottles at a time, it’s still much cheaper and makes more sense.

Good natural rinse aid
I thought this rinse aid didn't work well at 1st but ended up switching to a Method Dish Dishwasher soap pack from Better Life Natural Dishwasher Gel Detergent & this works well now. So it was the lousy dishwasher detergent causing the issues not this product. I always buy natural products so am happy this works well with the right natural detergent.

But does it even do anything...
Got this instead on jet turbo dry because it was cheaper. Going from a blue color to a clear color reassures me that it’s most likely more natural. That being said, I’m convinced it’s just white vinegar. It’s the exact same consistency and smell side to side. It doesn’t leave a vinegar’y small on the dishes.I do believe it’s working, I think I could just pay less for white vinegar

Great dishwasher alternative
This is a great product. Its non toxic and really does the trick on preventing any water spots. Other toxic products normally purchased at the store are not missed. I will be purchasing this produce over and over.

Natural rinse aid that actually works
We tried so many natural rinse aids and even regular vinegar after our old dishwasher died and we had to get a brand new one. They never seemed to work. There were always spots on the glassware and I'd end up handwashing all of it just to get it to sparkle. My husband and I would argue because he wondered why on earth we even had a dishwasher if I was just going to hand wash everything. Then I'd get mad that when he used the dishwasher everything came out looking dirtier than it went in. The Eco-Me rinse aid leaves no spots. It has saved us from nearly nightly arguments. Best of all it truly has no fragrance. So glad I found this.

This stuff is gross
If you want your dishes and dishwasher to smell like vinegar then look no further. I thought it was a fluke at first so I ran my dishwasher again and sure enough every dish smells like vinegar. Nothing like grabbing a clean cup from your cupboard and get a whiff Of vinegar. No thanks. Returned.

Best rinse aid
I stopped using Jet Dry years ago and my search began for a non-toxic rinse aid. I tried Seventh Generation, ECOS, Ecover, etc. Of all of them, Eco Me is the BEST. Simple ingredient list, most effective. Citric acid is both a water softener and means that the product doesn't need any unhealthy preservatives. My dishwasher tends to use up rinse aid quickly, but this one lasts a bit longer than the others. I've been using Eco Me rinse aid for years and it makes a huge difference. Super clean, clear dishes and glasses.
