I bought it for the plants!
I read a recommendation that said to dissolve one tablet per liter of water to fertilize the plants. They are beautiful! And the flower ones have many. Note: it is a product for human consumption but only I have used it on my plants. We have not consumed it.

Smells terrible
I’ve been taking this B1 vitamin for a few months now, and I have to say, the benefits are undeniable. It gives me a noticeable boost in energy. But, the smell is so strong and unpleasant, making it difficult to store in my pill case without the odor spreading to other pills and sometimes making it had to use.
