B&W Padded Divider - for the Robust B&W Outdoor Transport Case - Type 4000

Great piece of kit, for converting a standard cabin bag sized hard shell suit case into a camera case.Due to the fact that the dimensions given for such cases are always with wheels and handles included, and much of the interior space is often taken up with fittings and intrusions for handles, locks and wheels, it can be the devil of a job finding a divider set that will fit. You could always purchase pluck and pull foam and reduce it to size, but this has the disadvantage that, once it's been configured for a certain combination of equipment being carried, that's it, and you'll have to start the process of fitting out the case interior again, every time you want to take a different combination with you on a trip.Two of these divider sets, fitted across the width of a case, long side - long side; so that what was originally the length becomes the width, and vice versa, and they'll perfectly fit the cases available from suppliers such as Aerolite, Hauptstadtkoffer (this is based on actually fitting the dividers into the former's Ultra Secure and the latter's Alex and X-Berg cabin cases).Materials seem to be of a very good quality, whilst they are light enough that you should be able to get a decent amount of equipment into a fitted out case, without it getting too heavy for airline weight restrictions.Overall, a really good piece of kit, with a lot to recommend it.

I have an old Peli 1550 case that had custom cut foam for a piece of kit that is long since gone! The case has been sitting redundant for a good while with me not really wanting to spend £200 on the official Pelicase dividers or the slightly cheaper Trekpak kit!But after a bit of thinking the other night, I thought there must be a third party divider set that fits the case... and after a bit of digging around online, measuring, double & triple checking my measurements I was delighted to find that the B&W Type 6000 RPD would be the perfect fit for my Peli 1550... And it is! Well happy with my purchase!

I bought this to convert a roller suitcase I have into a roller camera bag to make it easier transporting a quadra when working on shoots, and it fits perfectly and does exactly the job I wanted it to do. The padded dividers are very sturdy and better than what is included in most camera bags, so for just a shade over thirty quid I now have a roller bag, when buying an equivalent Think Tank, Lowepro or even a Vanguard would cost anywhere from £200 to £350.

Also Calumet only has foam for this model, no divider option.This set DOES NOT fit peli case 1400, slightly too big and impossible to squeeze in.

Bought these for all of my 3 Peli 1500 cases. I'm not spending ~£90 on inserts when I can get these ones which are of equal quality.

I bought this to put on the bottom of my gun cabinet it was a punt of a purchase however in looking at lots of different foam blocks this was clearly best value for money without being ripped off for postage. It could have been a little firmer for what I need it for but that’s not why they made it!

Got this a at bit of a bargain price to put into a Peli type case, it's not a perfect fit but it fulfils its purpose and provides secure storage for my lenses when I am not out and about with them.Haven't found a use for the bit of foam yet but it won't go to waste because I never miss an opportunity to acquire a hard case if I see one at the right price.An excellent purchase.
