Drive Medical 13003 Non Tilt Top Overbed Table with Wheels, Chrome

I bought this to go next to my mother’s hospital bed in her assisted living residence. I believe it’s the best thing I have ever bought on Amazon. At least I can’t remember being this pleased before. It was easy to assemble, it’s sturdy, and adjusts to the exact height needed. I tried to purchase a similar table from a medical supply store, but they were back ordered. It was going to cost far more than this table. I am so satisfied with this item!!! Hopefully, I will never need another one, but I highly recommend this product to others.

Just received this bed table today. We were pleased with how sturdy the table is. The instructions were very simple, so putting it together was a breeze. The box came with some damage, but not a scratch to be found anywhere. We purchased this because of the height. You can even stand up while using the table. We are very pleased with this purchase.

This table has worked great for me for 3 years. I have used it to hold a laptop and 27" monitor to work on while I sit up in bed.My only problem with it is that I think the weight capacity of 40 pounds is too high. One month ago, I switched to a 34" ultra-wide monitor. Total weight on my table since then is 25.9 pounds (monitor 15.2, laptop 4.3, keyboard 2.2, mouse 0.3, cooling pad with fans 1.6, lap desk 0.8, desk-mounted power strip 1.5, weights from their Amazon descriptions). This is about 65% of the stated weight capacity.After only one month of holding the large monitor, the table is now noticeably not horizontal any more. I use a separate keyboard and always move it and the mouse to my lap while I'm using the computer, so I'm not adding any weight to the table by leaning on it.If it continues to sag, I will have to find something that is more heavy duty.

This is a sturdy, all metal (except for table top), mobile bed side table. It has a commercial quality that I have only seen within hospital or medical facilities. It's not too heavy and it's on wheels (casters) that lock. The hand trig which engages and disengages the spring loaded latch is sturdy and doesn't feel cheap. At first I felt the movement up and down, in the various locked positions, were sticky or resistant to move. This was happening because I was not applying pressure directly over the pedestal, while attempting to lower and lift the tabletop. If you attempt to apply pressure anywhere but right over the pedestal the spring loaded mechanism will not be smooth and transitioning the table top up and down will be difficult.

Fairly easy to assemble but the instructions could be a smidge more clear. SUPER sturdy. The wheels are cheap and I may wind up replacing them, I cracked one during install by stepping on the base to lock it in. Still functional and I will put that one on me, it should have been clear from the plastic construction that I should not have done that. Very satisfied overall!

I bought this for my disabled mother and she loved it very easy to move away and to her hospital bed at home and perfect for using her laptop.

Very disapppointing. Unfortunately I bought it specifically with whells for portability from room to rooom Wheels DONT WORK on hardwood floors Bummer! Now its all put together and how do I return it that way? In the first place it was craziness putting it together, but I persisted because it SEEMED sturdy with nice table top and chrome legs I agree with others soooo surprised at all the positive reviews! NOT. .

Easy to assemble, Lady likes to have her phones, drinks, xbox controller, and remotes handy, wheels easy on a shag, Mama loves me, and me happy. One thing I would of wanted to change but made sense later, it wont drop, but easily raises without the lever. But if your sitting down on the sofa/love seat and you want to get up, do you really want to mess with a lever, Genius.....
