Bought this for a friend who had surgery. She used it for tracking her medicine as well as the doodling decision and said it was such a nice support for her in her recovery. She’s also the kind of person who expresses through writing and language so that’s probably also why it was such a great gift for her.

Good journal, questionable quality
I like the content of this book, I love all the trackers and little things. However in some places it’s as if the ink did not get fully pressed on to the page so in some places the type is almost too faded to read.

Can't recommend highly enough!
Helpful for not only staying on top of productivity and work, but also remembering to keep track of one's own well being. I really like the guided aspect, however, you can really make the journal anything you want it to be.

I use this journal to keep track of my goals for the day. It’s cute. I love the different “activities” it uses for tracking to do lists and goals

Okay book
This is an okay book. I baught to help reduce anxiety. It allows me to make daily goals and track water, but I feel that their are other books that could do a better job.
