For some reason this works great for knee pain but not for the lower back. As a runner I’ve done a number on my knees and this is one of the only supplements that has worked for that pain. It’s really expensive (guessing because of the Frankincense aka Boswellia). Interesting that it doesn’t seem to have any effect on my lower back soreness. Must be the different cartilage/bursa.
