My torch was damaged in shipping, but the seller was very quick to resolve the issue. The torch works as advertised. It is a small flame for jewelry or plastic like advertised. This is not a cutting torch for steel.

My bad - it does work!
If you are an idiot like me, and If you dont put in enough lye it will not work. A good 2 heaping table spoonfuls of lye should do the trick. You only need to do this once. Lye is a non consumable catalyst.Workmanship of the product is so, so. Nothing is bolted down tight.

But really I don't know how they sell this thing so cheap I use KOH and get more than rated output. I've had it for 2years and it still works perfectly.
