Will a large key measuring 14cm long fit inside please?

No it won't and if i were you i would choose another type, this one is not great with the numbers as what ever 4 numbers you choose you can put them in any order and it will still open. you also have to put in the numbers to lock it again, unlike some others.

Will a key 12cm long fit in the box?

do you really mean 120mm ? there is no way it will fit.

Is it British standard Approved?

There is no such standard for keysafes, there are a very limited number of SoldSecure safes on the market, expect to pay c. 70 notes for these.
