Amazing motherboard and great future proofing
It's an amazing motherboard with great value for money. It has ample of M.2 slots and even PCIe 5.0 slots with heatsinks preinstalled. It has more than enough slots for Sata/HDD too while having several rear IO ports. It's a great choice for mid to high range PCs and likely the best motherboard in this price range. The Ez button and RAM clips and the debug LEDs make the installation and debugging issues a breeze.With the board supporting AM5, this board should last several years even if you want to upgrade the CPU in a few years.With the falshback support, you don't have to worry about bricking the motherboard during a BIOS update. The new ravamped BIOS from MSI makes configuring the system and/or overclocking way easier along with the ability to export BIOS profiles to drives allowing for easy restore in case the BIOS has to be cleared due to some issue.

Beast for Ryzen 7 9800X3D
The media could not be loaded. Just bought this beast from MSI on new year and man this motherboard is a piece of art. Soo many extension m.2 extension slots and usb ports for all your needs. Overclocking is a breeze and no other motherboard comes close to it in this price segment.Looks great in green and black but hope they launch this in white too in future.Soo happy with the purchase.

Futureproof and robust
As a gamer and programmer, deciding on a board that caters to both aspects is challenging and complicated. I always look for newer motherboards to have a build that remains future-proof for at least half a decade. The msi mag x870 Tomahawk is easily the best choice for any mid-to-high-tier setup if you are going for an AM5 socket build.The VRM and an abundance of heatsinks for all those SSDs were deciding factors since thermals are always something you should look at. The board's power draw is also great. However, the game-changer feature is the inclusion of the error code displayed, which will make debugging any boot error much easier.Lastly, with PCIe5 and full ddr5 abilities, you should be good to go for as long as AMD is using their AM5 socket, really. If you are looking for a top-notch motherboard for an AMD build, the mag x870 tomahawk is undoubtedly one of the best options in the market currently.
