Design Toscano Alexander Palace Romanov Style Collectible Enameled Egg, 4 Inch, Black and Gold

I bought this for a white elephant party not realizing everyone likes shiny red eggs. It was the most fought over item there by far and a lot of people were googling it before the fighting even ended.I must say the picture does this product no justice. It's a nice color of red, and the gold and gems really shine. It seems heavy duty and well put together.

This is a beautiful looking ornament for storing jewelry, or even just a nice piece to hide the things you put on your desk that normally go in your pocket. The egg has nice looking crystals, and the enamel is very well done. No one will think you have a real $100k egg, but it looks much better than the $500 ones they sell at jewelry and decoration stores.

This egg is stunning. Worth twice the price. I am so looking forward to giving this as a gift and seeing the reaction on her face. I couldn't be happier with the product. Everything was perfect and in the right place. I'm excited!

This is beautiful and I really love it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone my only reason for lowering this to four stars is that there is not a magnetic closure on this egg. It may not seem like such a big deal however when you pick the egg up the top is going to flop open and could over time weaken the hinge. Having said that though the hinge is heavy and well made so hopefully that will never happen. Just a minor design flaw, otherwise very happy with this purchase and intend to buy it in the other color and other eggs from Toscano Design. This is superior quality to most other eggs and really is lovely. I bought this for my collection but would not hesitate to gift this to my pickiest friends.

I would recommend this enameled egg because it is a stunning piece of craftsmanship, as well as reasonably priced. I'm very pleased with my selection.

Dieses Ei mag kein echtes Faberge sein, aber es ist unglaublich schön verarbeitet und glänzt wunderhübsch. Das Ei liegt schwer in der Hand und das allein vermittelt das Gefühl, etwas Besonderes in den Händen zu halten. Als Geschenk ist es absolut ein Volltreffer. Geschmackvoll und fein im Detail verarbeitet.

Le modèle est joli et bien fini. Cependant je retire une étoile car l'emballage n'est pas assez soigné pour l'offrir ainsi. Cela gâche un peu l'effet que procure la pièce à celui qui offre.

No puedo dejar de mirarlo. Lo tengo encima de la cómoda donde puedo verlo siempre que entro en la habitación. No sólo es de un color rojo oscuro que me encanta, la decoración es muy fina, el esmalte es precioso y se ve bastante sólido. Temia que al abrir y cerra el cierre se diese pero no ha sido el caso de momento.
