Seems to be more accurate than my old one!
I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure after years of being asked if I have high blood pressure and then the readings being ignored. I had an old model of Omron and was using that. My provider asked me to do a pressure reading, wait a couple minutes and do another one to see how close they were. The old monitor was usually 6-10 numbers off. Did it this morning with this new one and they were right on target - both systolic numbers were the same (pulse was a little different). We are trying to get the right dose of medication so I am keeping close track. The scan thing only brought up two phones - neither of which I have. So I just headed to the Play Store and downloaded the app. Set up a user name and password, verify the email address and it paired immediately. I wasn't going to mess with it but it turns out I really like the sync so it is all on the phone. No need anymore to take the monitor with me to appointments. The cuff size is perfect. It is so easy to use and the numbers are large (yes I am old). I saw that the monitor would store 14 readings but it took me forever to find how to get to them. Who would have thought the blue tooth icon would bring up the reading on the actual machine! Now I know lol. To be fair, I had not found the actual instructions in the box - only the quick start. I had to go through all the quick start guides to find the instructions which told me where it was. All in all, so far I am happy with the monitor. I like that it is verified so hopefully I am getting accurate readings. Very affordable too!

The best cheap BP monitor.
I bought this as a backup to the Omron Platinum I own. This one typically stays in the car so I use the Platinum in the morning and evening and I use the Bronze when I'm out and about and I feel off. It's very simple. It holds 10 measurements and it syncs to the Omron app via Bluetooth and that is a real gamechanger. It uses the same D-ring cuff as the Platinum, takes 3 AA batteries or an optional power cable (the Platinum uses the same wall pack and for $90 Omron actually shops the Platinum with a wall pack!), and it does exactly what you need it to do, plus Bluetooth. Bluetooth setup was simple. Just follow the enclosed instructions. There is no back light and no guest mode. It just works. Now, the Platinum is fantastic and blows the Bronze out of the water, but about half of that is the app which both can use. The app keeps track of all my BP readings. I can add a manual reading if I get one from a nurse. It averages out my readings (which is the real measure of how you're doing) and the app easily exports your readings to a straightforward PDF or an Excel file. And you can share that with your doctor. If you have difficult to manage hypertension, you need the Omron system. There may be nicer monitors in this price range but I don't think any of them can compete with the Omron app. If you can't afford $90, hopefully you can afford $20 and get this one.

Accurate and convenient
This is an Accurate and easy to use machine. I report my blood Pressure to my doctor on a regular basis and he didn't believe the readings so toto him and w compared it to his and it was right on which helped him in changing my medication. When I go to my other doctors and they inquire about my blood pressure all I have to do is take out my phone and show them my blood pressure history, they love that. Being able to have a history readily available on my phone is a great feature.

If hope to connect to a smart device MUST visit OmronHealthCare.com/Connect FIRST
The Omron Bronze is a good fitting and functional blood pressure monitor. It is easy to read and use. The cuff is similar to other monitors on the market - fits decently, but has a bit of stiffnes. Hopefully additional use will help soften that. Our main complaint is that we thought we would be able to connect it to our iphones. It is only after reading the instructions that one learns they must access the Omron site that to learn what devices are compatible. Unfortunately our iphone 16s were not compatible. Too bad AMAZON DOESN'T PROVIDE THIS LINK IN THE PRODUCT DETAILS to benefit customers. The instructions were also valuable in providing differing cuff placements on left and right arms. Unsure if this is true for all monitors or just Omron. Anyway, 4 stars because we like and are happy with the unit & connecting to iphone not critical, but felt some advance info on connect compatibility as well as cuff placement would have been very helpful.

EASY TO USE ANX VERY ACCURATE
I have owned many heart monitors, but I find this one easiest to use and it seems to be quite accurate when I compare with the heart monitor results at my doctor’s office. Of course, one’s blood pressure changes frequently throughout the day, so it may seem as though the results are unreliable. But this is normal, and there is nothing wrong with the device. I’m sure you will find this heart monitor to be of your liking.

Accurate, Easy to Use, and Reliable Every Time
’m really impressed with the OMRON Bronze Blood Pressure Monitor. From the first use, it’s been easy to set up, simple to operate, and consistently accurate—just what I need for tracking my numbers at home. The cuff is comfortable and adjusts easily, and I love that it connects to the OMRON app via Bluetooth. Syncing my readings to my phone makes it super convenient to keep a record for my doctor. The display is clear and easy to read, and I appreciate that it's clinically validated and FDA cleared, which gives me extra confidence in the results. It hasn’t glitched, misread, or failed once—which is honestly all I could ask for in a home blood pressure monitor. If you're looking for a dependable and medical-grade device, this is a fantastic choice. Bonus: it's FSA/HSA eligible!
